McDonald's has become pricey. I understand change in quality but that shouldn't change the 'value meal'...and the wait has become longer than casual dining....Ray Kroc would be ashamed of his all famous 15© hamburgers 19© cheeseburgers and 10© fries and shakes
One of the worsted food experience I've had. Alice attempted to take my order, twice before someone else stepped in to help, my order was fairly easy, a crispy chicken Southwest salad and iced tea along with a 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with a new iced caramel coffee. 14 minutes in my 10 piece meal and salad came up to the counter, 7 minutes later one large cup and the iced coffee arrived 4 minutes later it was decided to just give me another large cup at no charge. 25 minutes wait to find cold nuggets and fries and no fork for the salad. Disappointing to say the least.
This is 1 of only 3 McDonald's in the F-M metro I will eat at. There's like 10 total but the 3 I am speaking of are the best of the bunch in terms of food freshness, order accuracy, and overall atmosphere from cleanliness to Employees attitude. Nothing but good experiences and food at this location, and that's coming from a guy who modifies everything he orders from his iced coffee to his Sunday morning big breakfast platter & they get it right the 1st time 9 out of 10 times(usually a new hire that gets it wrong so I can't fault them for a learning curve really) I recommend that you drive a little further to this location for the better experience if you are going to make it a McDonald's stop for your next meal or cup of coffee, I do every morning for coffee & 2-3 times a week for lunch or dinner on the go when the schedule is tight and time is short. New Buttermilk Chicken Strips are pretty alright as well as the new revamped Dollar Menu if I do say so myself.
