I've recently visited and their new waiting area is incredible. They've got a fireplace and comfy chairs to make you feel relaxed as well as a nice kitchenette, play area for the kiddos, and clean spacious bathrooms.
Called 10 minutes before I showed up and they said, "we will get you in". Took around an hour but that was expected since it was right before quiting time. Good tire prices, plus they have good used tires also. Very friendly and you can leave knowing you weren't screwed over! Will be a returning customer!
