Well after we had left my husband informed me that the dr wasn’t so professional, didn’t even introduce himself or anything. He was in a hurry it seemed like to my husband.
Honestly, They make you feel like you're retarded. I suggest you Google what you can do for aftercare for w.e procedure you get done so that you don't have to go back to them or call them with any questions
I went in for a far back molar tooth extraction. I was very nervous after reading other reviews, but the work needed to be done. I had been working w/ a different oral surgery center in Fargo but always turned away due to the payment being non-affordable.
I would not recommend Valley oral in Fargo ND. When we 1st got there there was 2 receptionist 1 was nice, the other was snobby. K, that’s only the 1st issue.
So my point is my husband said he would never recommend anyone to valley oral their really snobby.
They seemed kind and professional, until it was time to go home. I felt like they literally kicked us out after my 8 year olds surgery. And now I have found out they have been taking money from my checking account without my permission.
They're kinda snobby. They seem to not really care a whole lot about their patients and you feel like you're a bother. I was having pain over a week after my extraction, and just wanted to make sure everything seemed okay. Dr. Schneider made me feel like I was stupid for going in. Places like this is why I have dental anxiety.
Then they take my husband back as he was getting is wisdoms removed. Then when their done I was told where to drive around to and pick him up, and then they will give me instructions. I go where I was told I talked to the nurse (Krystal) she seemed very nice, told us if we had any questions or concerns to call.
Well 2 days after the procedure my husband was still having tons of pain and so much swelling, I called talked to the nurse, same one as before asked if he was doing certain things I said yes. She said to give it about a week. K well day 3 my husband could hardly stand it, and it was a Friday so he calls and he said she was down right just rude (same nurse). Thankfully our dentist in town saw my husband and he has a severe infection. When valley oral just called to check on my husband he told them what’s wrong, and the nurse didn’t seem to believe him.
I was offered an appointment with in a matter of days, the procedure took as long as expected, the staff was friendly, informative, answered ALL of my questions, explained everything to me so I would understand it. Went over the after care before & after the procedure. I never felt rushed, or under-minded. The surgeon even gave me his personal # incase of an after hours emergency. The payment was as expected, no surprises. After the appointment, I made another appointment for to get my other molar removed, & implant.
I don't know why I was ever nervous. I'll definitely be recommending Valley Oral & Facial Surgery to others!
