STAY AWAY. I'm pretty sure this is a bogus company or the worst excuse for a company ever. I placed an order on 6/29 and still have not received it. I accidentally resubmitted my order on 7/1 so I called customer service. No one answered so I had to leave a message. I worried for days whether they were going to send that second order. NO ONE called me back, but I received an email receipt almost a week later on 7/6. I emailed on 7/12 because it still said my order was processing, and I received no response. I emailed and called on 7/13. No one answered again so I had to leave another message. I received an email on 7/14 from Jon Raugutt. He said my order got misplaced and he would put it in the shipping queue. As of today, it still says processing. I asked Jon if he would expedite the shipping on 7/14, and I again received no response. I emailed and called today. I've left 2 voicemail messages because no one will answer.
If this isn't a bogus company, they have the WORST customer service ever. You can't avoid people's voicemail messages and emails when you have their money. We were so excited to update our kitchen, and this has totally ruined the excitement. This has been a complete nightmare, and I hope we get our money back.
