The staff was so nice! The lady met me at door to help me in with my package. Extremely helpful in assisting me to repackage a large heavy item. Would definitely use this site again.

Visited to pick up a package that I missed at my complex. Didn't bring the slip, but brought an ID. Package couldn't be located in system so I left and came back with slip. Slip mentioned it would be held at this location for 7 calendar days. The gal mentioned it was being held at a different location location and wrote down that address for me. The staff was helpful and nice, but the slip was misleading and an inconvenience to travel to the UPS store 3 times instead of being accurate the 1st time.
Great store and great staff I go here at least once a week. They always recognize me and remember my preferences. I have never had a single issue with this store since they opened.
