Good sturdy furniture, not top notch stuff. Reasonable prices, finance options, helpful sales staff. Will continue to shop there when the need fits.
My husband and I came into the store to purchase a new mattress for me (we have separate rooms as he snores) and the sales lady that assisted us was so nice and helpful that my husband decided to buy a new mattress for himself as well. We were treated so nicely not only by our sales lady but also the young men who delivered our mattresses. The young men were so very friendly and helpful - we could not be more pleased. I love my new mattress so much, I've not gotten out of bed since we received them.
We put a down payment on some furniture we didn't want to pick up for about a month. We were told we would get the sale price when we picked it up on Black Friday. When we picked it up, they said "sorry, we can't give you the sale price, you've already paid for it in full". The manager wouldn't even look at me when he was talking to me. He continued working on the computer.
Decent prices but sales change constantly so one week you'll think it's a good deal, next week it's lower. But the staff is pleasant and they don't bug you if you don't need em. Lots of options, best deals on kids mattresses for quality and price in the area. We personally checked it out.
My girlfriend and I purchased a night stand from your store. Warehouse worker who helped was very unprofessional and could use a attitude change not pleasant to be around at all. Will not be back anytime soon.
