This place used to be honest and trustworthy. Now they nickel and dime you worse than big dealerships. Unexpected costs seem to be as standard as the crappy customer service they provide. These guys would rather win the argument than be right. I felt like I was trying to reason with a child. I’ve had absolutely no issues with the fast lube oil changes, but their service side is absolutely not trustworthy whatsoever. These guys went from 1st to worst in less than 2 years. Pathetic. Stay away.
I normally don't write reviews for anyone, but Dan's auto service deserves one. I've had nothing but great service from these guy's, they helped me and my family out in the toughest situations, they also explain what's going on about the car, normally always gives you a price range and don't rip you off. I highly recommend Dan's auto service.
Not impressed with this place. My engine light came on, nothing noticeably wrong with my car at all.. but for preventive reasons I call this place to get it checked out and get an oil change. They tell me it’s my thermostat, and it will cost $172 for that to repair. I told them no as I didn’t notice anything wrong with it at the time I drove it. I go to pick up my car same day, and it didn’t even start! They had to jump start the car which I have never once did the entire time I have owned it. But when I sat in my car to let it warm up, the gauge continued to stay on cold and didn’t blow any warm air at all.. this engine light remained on for more than a week with no issues at all and all of a sudden these issues arise right after I take it to this place. So for an oil change and checking the engine light costed me $107!!! RIP OFF!!! I will be going to Pit Stop to have my car checked out now. I do not trust this place.
